Terms & Conditions of GLOBAL RESUME
1. We do not refund money. However we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee - this means we will re-do your Resume until you are happy with the resume, providing you send us the changes you require by email for the resume/App Form/Cov Letter/Personal statement, within 24 hours of completion.(One email clearly stated all the changes). AFTER THIS TIME YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE CHANGES.
2.Once a Resume is completed - we will makes any changes required free of charge. Providing those changes are sent to us by email within 24 hours of receiving your resume by email. We will then take upto 3 -5 days to make those changes depending on how busy we are.
3. Your information will only be used for the purpose of your resume /Application and then will be deleted from our system.
4. Your CV / Covering Letter/Personal Statement will be sent to you by email as a PDF File. We do not send CV's as word format. If this is your requirement, it can be sent to you for an additional cost of £50
5. Proof Reading your resume /application/ Covering Letter/Personal Statement is your responsibility, so when you receive your documents, please check for all errors including spelling, grammar, punctuation and also check that all the information on the resume is correct. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS ON YOUR RESUME, APPLICATION, PERSONAL STATEMENT AND COVERING LETTER. IF YOU FIND AND ERROR AND LET US KNOW WITHIN 24 HOURS WE WILL BE HAPPY TO CORRECT THIS FOR YOU AT NO EXTRA COST.

Mark the Email for the attention of Complaints Department and you should receive a reply within 3-5 working days of your email.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we always try our best to look after customers and to maintain a very high standard of service we offer. However we do not refund money in any circumstances as this is a personalise product/service we create according to the customers order, therefore there are no refunds, so please be sure that you require our personalise item/service when you place an order. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A REFUND BECAUSE THERE IS NO REFUND ON PERSONALISE ITEMS/ SERVICES As we start the work immediately after you purchase our service.
If you are not happy with our service (your resume) we will do our best to improve the resume /Covering Letter/Application Form /Personal Statement, but we do not refund money as once you purchase our service/personalise item we start the work immediately to ensure you receive the item within 3 - 5 working days.
